The property market in Bulgaria is recovering, and prices have risen slightly over the last three months, according to one of the sector's leading companies. Its chief executive, Teodora Dimitrova, said that the price increase could continue, but would not be dramatic. Dimitrova noted that, for the first time in six years, a small increase in property prices had been recorded, particularly since March, and added that demand was highest for homes with one or two bedrooms.
