One of the main practice areas of our law firm, with offices in Italy and Bulgaria, is Italian and Bulgarian company law and all related legal matters.
We provide advice on business incorporation and advise our clients on the appropriate corporate form for their activities in Bulgaria and Italy.
We also assist clients in resolving disputes between company partners in Italy and Bulgaria, as well as providing out-of-court assistance and representation in litigation.
Our services are generally designed to avoid potential disputes during negotiations or after the procedure has concluded.
Our legal services in Italian and Bulgarian corporate law mainly include:
- Formation and structuring of companies and partnerships (general partnerships, Ltd., companies, limited partnerships, AO), branches and agencies, including preparation of all necessary documents in English, Italian and Bulgarian
- drafting instruments of incorporation, shareholders’ agreements, management agreements, articles of association and other documents in accordance with the shareholders’ economic interests
