AREAS OF PRACTICE Corporate, Commercial and Industrial Law The Law Firm specialises in corporate law and has extensive experience in company formation, assistance with mergers, acquisitions and other transactions, changes to the legal form and structure of existing businesses, insolvency procedures and company liquidation in Bulgaria and Italy.
